Biographical / Historical
Charles Atmore Ogilvie (1793-1873) was a graduate of Balliol College, Oxford and spent most of his life as a tutor and fellow at the same college. He was ordained into the Church of England in 1816 and was an examiner at the University of Oxford in 1823 and 1824. For further details see the Dictionary of National Biography.
