Letter from Joannes Bapta Cicada, Bishop of Albenga, to all clergymen in the Diocese of Bologna, confirming the excommunication of ten citizens of Bologna, for non-observance of the agreement made, 3 July 1542, between them and Lippus Ghislerius, a noble cleric of Bologna. Given at St. Peter's in Rome. Endorsed with a notice that excommunication was published in the Campi Florentoris, 18 Jan 1546/7 and with a note that the within named men had been excommunicated.
