Biographical / Historical
Val Warren was a young Metropolitan Police Officer when he was sent to Freetown, Sierra Leone, in 1919 to inspect local police and give instruction in policing.
After retiring from the Metropolitan Police Warren lived in Crieff, Perthshire, and died in circa 1970.
