Biographical / Historical
Benjamin Disraeli, Earl of Beaconsfield (1804-1881) was a statesman and author. He was Chancellor of the Exchequer, 1852, 1858-9, 1866-8 and Prime Minister 1868 and 1874-80.

Purchased in Bonham’s sale, 23 Nov 2010 (lot 135) with the aid of the Friends of the Bodleian and Friends of the National Libraries.
