Biographical / Historical
The thesis was produced by Michael E. Worsnip for the University of Manchester in 1985. Worsnip later resided in South Africa, was an Anglican priest, the author of various publications on race and apartheid, and an outspoken critic of the government.
Geoffrey Hare Clayton (1884-1957) was one time Archbishop of Cape Town.
