Biographical / Historical
Rennie Smith (1888-1962) was a lecturer and journalist. He was Labour MP for Penistone 1924-31, secretary of the Friends of Europe organization from 1933, and civilian officer in Germany 1946-9. Details are given in Who Was Who.
