Draft of first five chapters of a book by Ronald Dworkin planned to be titled 'How Should Judges Decide Cases?'. It seems, however, that the material was eventually published as Law's Empire (Cambridge, MA; London: Belknap Press of Harvard University Press, 1986).

  1. Chapter 1: What is law?,
  2. Chapter 2: The force of rights,
  3. Chapter 3: Conventionalism,
  4. Chapter 4: Instrumentalism,
  5. Chapter 5: Interpretivism.
