Letter from Richard (signed Dick) Crossman to Sir William Hayter admitting that he should have acknowledged the efforts of Ministers of State and Junior Ministers in his lecture, of which details are unknown. The address, Prescote Manor, Banbury, points to the letter being dated between 1964 (when Crossman's wife inherited the Manor) and 1970 (when he stopped being a Cabinet Minister in Harold Wilson's governments).
