Several letters are addressed to 'Irene' which was the familiar name given to Anne Renwick by Williams. Includes the following holograph poems:

  1. (fols. 102-103) an untitled verse letter, "If I were to add again: you are a good girl", c.1940 [incomplete]
  2. (fols. 104-109) six sonnets, 1940-1942, n.d.
  3. (fols. 110-111) 'With a copy of Forgiveness', 1942
  4. (fols. 112-126) 'The working of Po[rphyry]', n.d., a revised copy, lacking fols. 9 and 10 of the original foliation. Published as 'The calling of Taliessen' in The Region of the Summer Stars (London, 1944)
  5. (fol. 127) 'After telephoning', n.d.
  6. (fol. 128) 'Irene in Heresy', n.d.
  7. (fol. 129) an untitled verse, "Irene let no incubus", n.d. [1941?]
