'Baby's Visits to Chester from January 1865 to February 1866'
A manuscript book, illustrated with watercolour drawings and cut out printed material, describing the visits of 'Baby' to his grandparents and aunts in Chester. It is written for 'Baby' and describes his activities including bath time, outings in a perambulator, storytime and playing with an aunt's watch and with a cat.
The book contains three photographs, of the grandfather, the godmother and the grandmother with the other aunts. The pages are edged in silk.
