Biographical / Historical
Virginia Lavinia Isitt (d 1888) was the first principal of The Collegiate School for Girls, Port Elizabeth, South Africa which opened in Feb 1874.
Emily Jesse (1811-1887), née Tennyson, was a sister of Alfred, Lord Tennyson.
