Physical Facet

Large oblong 4◦, i + 29 leaves: 8 quires, 1-4⁴, 5², 6-7⁴, 8²; watermark Fleur de lys within double circle, not in Heawood. Ruled with 10 staves, red marginal ruling. Binding quarter calf and printed paper on boards. ‘I Violino Overture’ is written within an engraved border (‘Carloni del., Bombelli sculp.?) on a sheet pasted to the front cover. Indexed by an English owner on fol. i.
