Biographical / Historical

Peter Spencer Spokes (1893-1976) was an architectural historian. During the Second World War he worked for the National Buildings Record photographing buildings. For further information see Ann Spokes Symonds, The Life of Peter Spencer Spokes (Oxford, 1996).
