Biographical / Historical

Isaac Platt Foot (1825-1880) was born in Chippewa County, Michigan, USA. He worked as a medical doctor for those building the Panama railway, 1853-1854. He died in Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York, aged fifty-four.
