Biographical / Historical
Robert Seymour Bridges (1844-1930) was Poet Laureate 1913-30. (Mary) Monica Bridges (1863-1949) was his wife. Details are given in G.L. McKay, "A Bibliography of Robert Bridges" (1933) and the Dictionary of National Biography.
