Contains manuscript transcriptions of the Psalms ('scritto per Sara Guion', Lynmouth, 1824), hymns sung at Kingswood Church, and a translation of a French hymn. Remainder of volume blank.

Inscribed: 'E.M.A. Edwards the gift of her beloved Aunt Fishford'.

Bound in maroon goat with gilt edges and embossed design on upper and lower board with lettering 'Forget me not. Published Annually By R. Ackermann, London' (closely resembling the binding on Carter f.19, Forget me not, 1825). The book is likely to have been a binding sample with a blank text block subsequently used as a notebook. With matching slip case.
