Miscellaneous deeds and other documents relating to Oxfordshire, 1628–early 19th century, comprising:

The following deeds which are calendared in MS:

  1. (no.1) fragment of lease of tenement in St. Clement's Oxford, 1628;
  2. (no.2) fragment of Oxford commission of bankruptcy for Thomas Pincke, n.d., [early 1630s];
  3. (no.3-4) fragment of sale of unidentifiable property in Oxford by John Fraunces, n.d., [c. 1655];
  4. (no.5) copy of Headington court roll relating to land in Marston, 1662;
  5. (no.6) writ to the sheriff to surrender his office and records, 1692;
  6. (no.7) assignment of lease of 'Maidenhead' tenement in All Saint's Oxford, giving details of the property and its uses during the lease, 1746;
  7. (no.8) will of Mary Parker, widow, of St. Peter in the East Oxford, 1763.
