Given to ‘Mr Russell’ by his cousin, Mary Murray, aged 94, formerly Mary Hopkins, née Skinner, grand-daughter of the author, 1827; and given by Mr Russell’s nephew Henshaw Skinner Russell to his youngest daughter, Rose Agatha Russell, 1889.
