Comprises deed of partition and re-assignment, with two accompanying maps, of premises in Madley, Tyberton and elsewhere in Herefordshire, made between Daniel Henry Lee Warner and his wife Ann, and the Rev. Reginald Wynniatt and his wife Catherine, 1822, endorsed with subsequent grants and assignments, 1844, 1853, 1860. Ann Warner and Catherine Wynniatt were sisters.

Biographical / Historical
Rev. Daniel Henry Lee Warner (1775-1858) married Ann Brydges. She and her younger sister Catherine Brydges Wynniatt inherited Tyberton Court, Herefordshire. Catherine was married to the Rev Reginald Wynniatt.
