- Fol. 7. An English indenture on the marriage of Dr. Olyver Withington and Susanne Barnard, Feb. 23, 1570, attested by Sir Thomas Bodley and others, with seals of Thomas and Daniel Barnard, bought on Oct. 25, 1902
- Fols. 9, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 44, 47, 50. Nine Latin letters from the university of Oxford, about 1571-6, stated to be in Bodley's hand
- Fols. 12, 15, 18, 22, 68. Drafts of five Latin letters from Bodley, Nov. 30, 1571, Sept. 30, 1574, Sept. 13, 1574, n.d., and about 1575-80
- Fol. 25. Drafts of four Latin letters from Merton college, Oct. 13, (1574?)

- Fols. 79, 87, 90, 97, 100. Five Latin letters from the university to sir T. Bodley, July 6, 1602, about 1604-5 (two), Oct. 30, 1609 (?), 1610 (?)
- Fol. 84. Latin letter from Richard Wilks to the same, after April 1604
- Fols. 104, 107. Two Latin letters from John Budden to the same, April 1, 1610, and n.d.
- Fols. 110, 114. A Latin and an English letter from L (aurence) B (odley) to Sir T. Bodley, about 1611, and Feb. 17, 1613
- Fol. 118. A Latin letter from John Bodley to Sir Thomas Bodley, n.d. Most of the volume is blank paper
- Fols. 9, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 44, 50, 65, 107 were at one time part of no. 29080 and presented by mr. John Mullings in 1874, while fols. 15, 104, 110-1 were given by the same donor in 1897 (see no. 32444)
