  1. Fol. 7. An English indenture on the marriage of Dr. Olyver Withington and Susanne Barnard, Feb. 23, 1570, attested by Sir Thomas Bodley and others, with seals of Thomas and Daniel Barnard, bought on Oct. 25, 1902
  2. Fols. 9, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 44, 47, 50. Nine Latin letters from the university of Oxford, about 1571-6, stated to be in Bodley's hand

  11. Fol. 118. A Latin letter from John Bodley to Sir Thomas Bodley, n.d. Most of the volume is blank paper
  12. Fols. 9, 25, 28, 31, 34, 37, 40, 44, 50, 65, 107 were at one time part of no. 29080 and presented by mr. John Mullings in 1874, while fols. 15, 104, 110-1 were given by the same donor in 1897 (see no. 32444)
