Biographical / Historical

John Milton (1608–1674) was an English poet and polemicist.

Immediate Source of Acquisition

Removed, 1950, from [pr. bk.] 8° M 168 Art., the copy of the 1645 edition of Milton's Poems, English and Latin sent by Milton as a replacement for a lost copy.
