The papers in this section principally relate to the study of colorectal cancer using monoclonal antibodies and tumour associated antigens, and the detection of APC protein on FAP (Familial Adenomatous Polyposis) patients. Many of the files contain papers relating to linkage analysis using probes near the APC locus carried out on families from Leeds, Liverpool and St. Mark's Hospital, London, and genetic mutations from lymphoblastoid cell lines and blood samples taken from different families with FAP, Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome and colorectal cancer.
