Helga Durbin research, 1979-1998
The earlier files in this section of Helga Durbin's research relate to experiments carried out to isolate the epithelial antigen defined by AUA1. In the latter part of the section the papers relate to immunisation work undertaken to raise antibodies to be CAR protein. Work was carried out between Durbin, Walter Bodmer and William Pullman.
Many experiment papers in the research notebooks relate to work carried out using affinity chromatography. The files contain a considerable number of test results on Kodak safety film acetates, photographic images (mostly of gel electrophoresis) and blots on filter paper.
