  1. Folder 1: Correspondence A-F. Correspondents include John Amis (The Apollo Society), Eric W. White (The Arts Council of Great Britain), BBC (mainly regarding translations of Virgil, Aeneid, Homer, Iliad, and Goethe, Faust), Anthony Blunt (including a reference for John White = Closed), Robert Conquest, Anthony Decavalles, Denis Devlin, T.S. Eliot, Faber and Faber Ltd. (including royalty accounts for MacNeice, 1951-1953).
  2. Folder 2: Correspondence I-W and miscellaneous. Correspondents include John Lehmann ( The London Magazine), Norman MacCaig, New Statesman & Nation, The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Observer (including a letter to the editor by Sean O'Casey regarding MacNeice's review of 'Roses and Crown'), Oxford University Press, The P.E.N, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Peter Russell ( Nine), Radio Italiana, Edith Sitwell, Stephen Spender ( Encounter), Süddeutscher Rundfunk, World Review. Also includes galley proofs of poem 'Cock o' the North', with MS. corrections.
