Relates to a production, directed by Coghill for John Gielgud at the Haymarket Theatre, London, 1945. The designs consist of tracings made by Coghill of original drawings, mainly by Inigo Jones, with (fols. 32, 34) watercolours by Coghill of the proposed set, and (fol. 37) a plan of the stage. (fols. 38-45) are photographs of the performance, with (fols. 46-47) a theatre programme.
