Loose papers, c.1861-75, comprising correspondence (some drafts or copies), plans of houses and land, notes, calculations, and other material, mainly relating to the Wilkinsons' search for a house and to the upkeep of Brynfield House and its estate in Gower (Glam.), including:
- (fols. 102-7) printed sale particulars and conditions of sale of the Amroth estate in Pembrokeshire, 1864
- (fols. 123-35) copy by Wilkinson of the tithe award and map of the parish of Reynoldston in Gower (Glam.), 1868
- (fols. 234-58) luggage lists and other miscellaneous papers.
