Carte (1742) to strictures on his Life of Ormonde contained in (Corbyn Morris's) Letter to a Bystander, with Carte's Life of Ormonde and other works, evidently (see fol. 2) by and in the hand of Dr. Thomas Birch and written in a spirit of hostility to Carte.
- (fol. 25). Letters from the Rev. J. Boswell, vicar of Taunton, to Carte, 5 Apr. 1749-19 Sept. 1753, chiefly about subscribing to Carte's History.
