- (fol. 80) 'Reasons against publishing the King's Declaration for liberty of conscience by Ministers of the Church of England, etc.': beg. 'Because the matter of the declaracion': about 1620?
- (fol. 84) Papers about the management of the Prize Court at Plymouth, 1689-90.
- (fol. 96) 'Memorial concerning the slavish dependances of the people in Scotland, by reason of the holdings and tenures of their lands ...' by Will. Logan, about 1700 (?), imperfect.
