Largely from the Ormond collection, partly from the Southwell papers. At fol. 2 are papers about the 1st Duke of Ormond and at fol. 542 about the history of the Butler family of Ormond. Some Oxford University papers of 1669 and 1683 occur at fol. 158. An autograph letter from Col. Thomas Blood is on fol. 164.
