This series consists of letters and telegrams of congratulation sent to Sankey on various occasions. Many of these letters are from Sankey's colleagues and contemporaries in the legal world, both in Cardiff and London, and from ecclesiastics, particularly in the Church in Wales. The incidence of letters from politicians increases towards the end of the series.
