Anne Isabella Noel Blunt was the second child and only daughter of William and Ada King, Lord and Lady Lovelace. She married the poet, Wilfred Scawen Blunt (1840-1922) in 1869 and they had four children, although only one survived, Judith Anne Dorothea (1873-1957). She travelled extensively in the Middle East and became an accomplished breeder of Arabian horses.
