L'Institut De La Vie, 1984-1985
Papers and correspondence. The organisation was founded in 1960 in Paris by Maurice Marois. It organised international conferences on interdiscipinary themes mainly concerned with the life sciences. In 1985 it was proposed to establish a permanent centre for the Institut in Martinique, where several conferences had been held. Hodgkin served on the international organising committee and attended the conference in Port de France, Martinique, Feb. 1985 but there is no correspondence from her. Her attendance and papers at earlier conferences are documented in correspondence with Marois.
