Includes a portrait of George Glossop and several signed by John Wheeley Gutch and Bridges (likely George Wilson Bridges, a friend of Gutch).

Biographical / Historical
Rev. Henry Glossop was Vicar of All Saints Church in Isleworth and an amateur photographer. His son, Rev. George Goodwin Pownall Glossop, was also a photographer and a magistrate for Middlesex.
George Wilson Bridges was a writer, photographer and Anglican Cleric. He took up photography after meeting William Henry Fox Talbot.
John Wheeley Gough Gutch was a surgeon, and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, but was interested in the 'new science' of photography.
William Lyndon Smith was a well-known photographer in the 1850s, and his work was shown at many photographic society exhibitions. His focus was architecture, particularly abbey and church ruins.
