There are gaps in the series before 1859 and after 1939. The amount of material for each annual meeting varies, but includes items printed by the Association - invitations, tickets, addresses, proceedings, notes of communications, programmes and reports - with locally printed items concerning amenities and excursions. (B.A.A.S 146) contains S.P.Rigaud's copy of the printed report of the 1832 meeting.
