Biographical / Historical
Dr. Leo Liepmann was a member of the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief from 1943. He was Honorary Secretary of the European Relief Sub-Committee between 1945 and 1948 and served on the Finance and Administration Sub-Committee and its successors from 1959 to 1973.
