Original full black limp morocco leather cover with lettered gilt on upper cover; meeting of the board of directors and noted "special" meetings of the directors with the location, date and signatures of those present including that of Marconi who characteristically signed his name as "G. Marconi". Initial inspections have revealed the occurrence of his signature 60 times in this volume with his final signature on 26 November 1935 prior to his death on 20 July 1937.
