A creator-made list of the correspondence (identifying recipients) is enclosed with every box of correspondence.

Arrangement
The correspondence has been left as arranged and numbered by the donor, with each item numbered (foliated) in a sequence which usually begins at the start of a calendar year. As a result, there are two numbered sequences per box, each beginning at number 1.
The corrrespondence frequently includes photocopies of outgoing letters.
Separated Materials
Treby created audio CDs (mainly of poetry readings) plus typed track-lists which he arranged with his correspondence. The track-lists are still arranged with the correspondence but the CDs have been separated and digitized. Please see the 'MS.
