'Escape' was a periodical supplement to 'The Weekly Review' published at the British Embassy in Tokyo. 'Escape' contains short stories and poetry from the residents of the embassy during their tenure there in the early years of World War II. Also included in the contents is two one act opera's by Professor Oto Yakamashii, 'The Kiss of Death' & 'The Loom of Destiny'.
