Angus Maude Policy Group and 'Project 1985'. In March 1967 Heath set up an 'an intensive study, examining economic and social trends into the 1980s, and identifying the changes needed to liberate the talents and energy of individuals in a technological age, with Angus Maude, John Macgregor, Michael Fraser, Michael Spicer, Mr. Douglas and Mr. Sewill.

- Folder 1: papers including 'Centre 68' and 'The 1985 Group' both by Mr. Spicer on the French Embassy 1985 exercise, Jan-Mar 1967
The Greater London Regional Policy Group first met 15 July 1966, 'to review policy issues, both local and national affecting Greater London and to make recommendations.' Members included John Boyd-Carpenter, Bernard Hayhoe, J.A. Grant, Bernard Weatherill, William Roots and Lord Brooke.
