The Advisory Committee on Policy was the Conservative Party's central forum for considering policy. Its membership consisted of Edward Heath, Edward Boyle, Michael Fraser, Keith Joseph, Iain Macleod, Angus Maude, Reginald Maudling, Lord Poole, Enoch Powell, Christopher Soames, and Jane Morton.
