Biographical / Historical

Lord Rushcliffe was appointed Chairman of the Committee with T. I. K. Lloyd as Vice-Chairman and H. W. Davidson as Secretary. Two sub-committees were formed to consider respectively (A) the training of nurses in the UK and the dominions for service in colonial territories and (B) the training given in the colonies to indigenous nurses.
