Correspondence and papers of Matilda Talbot mainly concerning her grandfather William Henry Fox Talbot. Includes some personal correspondence, some letters not addressed to her but possibly collected by or passed to her, and papers including: a list of apparatus present by Miss Talbot the the Royal Photographic Society, Jul 1921; four 1920s prints of nineteenth century negatives enclosed with a letter of 1 Oct 1925; and three slide photos of Lacock Abbey from Aug 1961. Also includes letters addressed to the Burnett-Browns of Lacock Abbey (Janet Burnett-Brown was Matilda's great neice), 1913-1964, n.d.
