Mainly comprises folder of sample artwork produced by the Campaigning Department, Conservative Central Office for use locally in preparation for the 1992 General Election.

Circular letter from John Lacy, Director of Communications, promoting the '90 Branches in 1990 Campaign which was formally launched at the Party Conference with the aim that every Provincial Area should form 90 new branches of Conservative Associations in areas not effectively covered, 28/09/1989
