Chandler's transcription of a manuscript copy of 'Bishop Thomas Barlow's stating of this case, whether any books may be lent out of Sir Thomas Bodley's Library?', issued separately as an appendix to his, On Lending Bodleian Books and Manuscripts. Attached to the front page is a handwritten letter from Chandler to [E.W.B.] Nicholson, 11 June 1886, about publishing Barlow's argument.
