Children's papers with covering correspondence, mainly 1960s and some 1970s replies to the Opies 'The Games and Crazes of Schoolchildren' questionnaire, including a large number of contributions collected during work placements at catholic (primary) schools in the wider London area by teacher training students of Maria Assumption Training College in c.1962. Also includes some earlier and later material without an Opie reference number, which was filed with the sequence. Presumably this material was collected directly by Iona Opie at local schools, or on travels.
