Includes setting-up arrangements, minutes of meetings, lists of members or interested individuals (names, addressses and telephone numbers), recruiting and fund-raising, correspondence with local members, etc. At the meeting on 19 June 1989 it was agreed that the group should not continue meeting at regular intervals and should co-operate with the Oxford Research Group.
