The papers in this series, especially the original documents and correspondence by, or relating to, ancestors, were collected by Thomas Braun from various sources. Whilst most of them were kept together for his family history research, some were dispersed throughout the collection. For context and ease of access, they have now been brought together and arranged, whenever possible, by branch of the family.
