Also includes notes regarding the possiblity of a general election, notes on a visit to South Asia, memoranda regarding ERWs [Enhanced Radiation Weapons] and the world economic situation, cartoon depicting Callaghan, and copy of newspaper Gaskiya Ta Fi Kwabo. 1978
