Item 2: South American correspondence, including letters from British and South American diplomats and correspondence about award of honours to British community in South America and City career, 1918-1920.

Item 3: Letters from Frederic Penfield, including c. 60 letters with enclosures, relating to treatment of British subjects in Austria-Hungary and overall American protection of British interests, 1914-1918.
