Item 2: c. 65 letters from Japan, discussing Ravenna case, Canadian sealing schooners, strained relations of Japanese Government and Parliament, Japanese agitation against foreigners, cruising with the British Fleet under Admiral Fremantle, Yokohama races, reception for Franz Ferdinand and visits, including from Louis Fagan, 5 Jan 1893-23 Dec 1893.
